Rahul’s Peak Energy is a Fitness Program, which is different from others in the market. We believe that the Programs should be designed in such a way that it is user friendly and efficient. We have wide range of Programs, for beginners to seasoned athletes, for a 15 year old to 60 year old, everyone can benefit from our Programs.

We can do this because our intention is to empower and enable people to have a better health. Hence, to have a life you love.

We believe, that there is a very direct connection between your body and your soul. Hence if you want to work on your self, you do that by working on your body and your soul.

Now, How are we different from others?

When your intention is to work on your body. You got to do things that will enhance your body. And it’s a scientific fact that human body is made up of matter. And every matter has energy. Hence if you can enhance your energy levels you can benefit your body and physical health.

One thing we all know and that is- what yoga can give us, bodybuilding can’t. What Running can give us, Yoga can’t. What Pilates can give us, Dancing can’t. Even for that matter what classical music can give us, pop music can’t. The point is every exercise routine or every physical movement has its specific benefits because it works on specific areas of your body. And that is because it is meant to work like that. Like meditation works at your soul level and we know that a Plyometrics session can’t give you what a meditation session can.

So what to do?

You can’t even combine everything just like that; I mean all the physical exercise routines just like that. There is always a way that things are done. And the best way to do thing is to do it the way it is MEANT to be done. You will have integrity in that area if you do it, the way it is meant to be done. Simply saying, you will benefit from Yoga by doing yoga the way it is meant to be done. That’s the secret of anything in life.

Therefore, In all our Fitness Training Programs, we combine everything in a highly systematic manner and the focus is to enhance your energy. We include different physical exercising forms so that you can benefit from all of them and you can have a “Complete and Whole Development”, which will give you a tremendous Energy boost. (If you have noticed the Ad in which Sachin endorses “Boost is the secret of my energy”. Actually Sachin’s Fitness Training is the secret of his energy).

We include Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Circuits, Plyometrics, Crossfit, Weights, Core, Resistance, Kickboxing and various self-invented physical exercises. We include them in a PLAN. We have a plan for an individual according to his needs. If someone is a Sportsman and he wants to focus on developing muscles, first we will have him continue his normal sports activity which must include Running and circuits and then we will have him do more of Plyometrics, Core and Resistance training. After a month we will include Yoga and Meditation.

We include physical routines after we have tested them. We record and analyze everything that we do. We transform our Programs on an ongoing basis.

What are the benefits?

All the Training Program will work on Sculpting, Building and Conditioning your body. It will improve your Flexibility, Muscular Strength and Cardiovascular Fitness level. It will enhance your energy levels, leading to burn more calories and fat loss.
