I play Basketball and Football.
I do Aerobics, Yoga, Running, Plyometrics, Pilates, Kick boxing and recently I have started learning Karate. I do lots of Body-weight exercises; Dumbbells are very important part of my workout. I do lots of new and creative exercises with them.

Running at 7pm for 40min on the Express Highway
Bar Pull Ups 20reps
Inclined Push ups 20reps
Bicep dumbbell curls 100reps
Chest dumbbell flye 50reps
Ab crunches 80reps
