Rahul’s Workout

In this page I am going to tell you the Actions I take.

I play Basketball and Football.

I do Aerobics, Yoga, Running, Plyometrics, Pilates, Kick boxing and recently I have started learning Karate. I do lots of Body-weight exercises; Dumbbells are very important part of my workout. I do lots of new and creative exercises with them.

I am going to share my Daily Workouts and my Daily Diet Sheet.

I am going to share my Monthly workout sheet that you can download.

MY WORKOUT THIS WEEK:

3-April

Running at 7pm for 40min on the Express Highway

Covering 5kms

Bar Pull Ups 20reps

Inclined Push ups 20reps

Bicep dumbbell curls 100reps

Chest dumbbell flye 50reps

Squats 60reps

Ab crunches 80reps
