People are busy nowadays. You have to juggle work, home, family and social commitments, and you don’t have to give any of them up in order to spend and hour in the gym several times a week. But you do want to look good, feel energized and protect your health.
I started doing Weight training when I was 18 year old. At that stage I had lots of time. But when I started working, I just never got time to go to the gym. So I can understand what you may be going through. It was frustrating for me. I realized that I have an athletic body, which I can enhance further by doing lots of running and some weight training. I don’t have time to go to the gym. I did something about it and I am going to share it with you.
The answer is not to train harder, but to train smarter. Many men waste hours in the gym simply wandering around, waiting for the equipment or training in a way that is ineffective. The truth is you don’t need an hour-long workout to get fit and lean. By following routines that maximize your body’s response to the training stimuli, you can torch fat, add new muscles and get an effective cardiovascular workout in just 30 minutes.
That doesn’t mean these workouts are easy – some of them will test even the seasoned athletes –but they are all efficient and they get results.
