Bharti says: I use to play sports till my college days. After my leg accident I have stopped exercising for years. After being part of this fitness routine I am amazed at my own stamina. And the great thing about Rahul is that he pushes me all the time. I settle with one routine and he shocks me with changing the exercises. My body is always growing and developing. And I am regularly following his Diet Plan.
Trainer says: Bharati started the Program in June. It’s been nearly 2 months now and she regularly comes 3 times a week. Before she started training I could see that her issue was not Weight Loss. I remember that on the first day of the training she told me, “I can’t run, mujhe bhagaana nahi please!”
But I was not ready to give up on her so easily. I made a whole new Program for her. For 2 weeks we did Stretching, Yoga, Pilates. Then next 2 weeks we did Circuits, Cycling and Free-weight. She went through a lot of conditioning which made her strengthen her leg muscles. Then we started 10min fast walking on Treadmill. And then on 23rd I pushed her to run. I can’t believe when she finished 1km in 8 min.
Its like she developed new set of legs for running.
The magic: She ran 1km on Monday, 23rd June and from there on she is running in every session.
