- Aurosmit Pani – Rahul was in college with me. We use to meet in the Maths lectures and later on the basketball court. Both the places he was the best. The level of physical fitness that Rahul has is remarkable. I remember in our College tournaments, he use to be the star player for our team, scoring maximum baskets. He was very ajile and swift because he had his own training routine. He designed a lot of combinations of exercises and made them efficient. He was part of the dance group, the boxing group, the Gym group and the basketball group. I don’t know where does he get so much energy from?
- Saji Pillai – Rahul is training me since June 2011. He is a very hard working fellow. He is very inspiring as a youngster, very committed to my fitness. His training has produced remarkable results for me. His exercise routine is very challenging and fun at the same time. If you want 6 pack Abs at my age, you must join asap.
- Praveen PA – Rahul’s sessions are scientific,intensive and paced right to each of his clients. Stength and Stamina traning is interlaced with lots of pilates, pylometrics and yoga routines, blended scientifically for maximum effectiveness. Its also fun with loads of music and his passion for fitness that is contagious. Highly recommended.
- Swati Kumar – In the starting I use to find it difficult to even run for 3 minutes, after training with Rahul, now I can run for 10 minutes without stopping. I am a housewife and I have noticed that my stamina has increased. I am able to do my household jobs that I was not able to do before. My leg muscles has improved and developed a lot. And combining Yoga with Aerobics has benefitted me a lot, I have become a very positive person now. This training is very good for housewives to loose fat and become a very strong individual
- Ranjeetha – Earlier, I use to workout with my friends in the Gym but I was not getting results. I joined Rahul’s training Program with my 2 other friends in May 2012 and it is going awesome so far. His workouts are very different. It includes a lot of different forms of exercising. Some sessions we have running for 20min and sometimes dancing and kickboxing. Rahul is always entertaining and his sessions are not boring at all. Its not about Quick fix, you cant have instant weight loss in a month or so. I workout regularly and religiously, hence it is producing results for me. I have lost weight. And now exercising has become part of my and my husband’s life(He is also part of the HIIT regime).
- Rashmi – I am currently on a group Aerobics Training program which includes Aerobics, Weights, Kickboxing, Circuits, Yoga, Pilates, Plyometrics, Dancing, Sports, Running and many more. I get to workout in so many different ways that it is always about guessing what is going to happen in the next session. I am getting instant results since I have joined Rahul’s Peak Energy. It has helped me to get back in shape. I have increased my stamina for running and I can feel my muscles been built. Rahul has provided us with a diet chart that I regularly follow and I feel that everything is just working out for me. I feel much more energetic, happy and satisfied.
